Information we collect

Anything you type into a form here reaches us: a name, a phone number, the address of the rental and whatever notes you add about the tenant, the lease or the mortgage. Calls and emails leave a record of what you tell us. The web server also logs routine technical details, such as the browser you used and which pages were opened.

How we use it

Your details let us reply, evaluate the house you described, prepare an offer and keep in touch by phone or email, and by text only when you ticked the optional box. We may also use it to keep a record of our communications and to improve how this site works. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your request. How it is shared

Your details are not for sale. They go only to those who need them to act on your request: the title company that would close a sale, the vendors that host this site or deliver messages, and public authorities where the law demands it. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
