You do not need to organize anything. These items make the first reply more useful. The property address. Whether a tenant lives there and when the lease ends. Whether rent is current. Roughly what you owe on the house, if there is a mortgage. Anything that has broken recently or looks like it will soon. If you are working with a property manager, include their name and number so we can coordinate visits.
